Many of the best supplements on the market are very pure in form. This is particularly true with krill oil that is harvested from very deep, cold waters. In addition krill oil also naturally contains the antioxidant astaxanthin which can help in heart health, joint and muscle repair, anti-aging and getting rid of the free radicals in the body that cause many health problems.
Look for Omega 3 supplements that are organic. Packaging needs to be dark to prevent light from hitting the capsules and reducing their value. It is also important to consider the actual size of the capsules. Some are very small and easy to swallow while others are much larger.
