We looked into the research to see if there’s any evidence that CBD is a potential solution for anxiety.
CBD stands for cannabidiol, which is a chemical property extracted from cannabis plants.
While research is connecting it to some medical and health benefits, it doesn’t deliver the intoxicating high that is associated with marijuana.
