EPA DHA and ALA are Omega 3 Fatty Acids for Good Health

Why take EPA DHA? When learning about the benefits of Omega 3 fatty acids the first things you will find are the acronyms of EPA DHA and ALA. These together form the three Omega 3 fatty acids that cannot be made in the human body.

There are other types of omega fatty acids as well. There are Omega 6s which are the GLA group. In addition there are also Omega 9 fatty acids.
